BOOKING SYSTEM
PLEASE
NOTE OUR FINAL EVENT FOR THIS SEASON

WE WILL
REOPEN ON 23rd SEPTEMBER 2012
All online bookings will be
subject to a 50p charge per booking.
I should
remind you that booking a pitch is not compulsory and you can
continue to turn up from 11:30 without booking at your own
risk.
If however
you wish to book a pitch at our indoor car boot sales we require payment
in advance and you now have two options:

1.
You can book a pitch in person at any of our Sunday events at
Charlestown for the following week, you will be
required to pay for your
booking in advance. Just call in between 1pm and 4pm.
2.
You can book up to 3 pitches online up to 10pm on Saturday for the
coming Sunday by using the PayPal button below
with a debit
or credit card. PayPal bookings will
incur a 50p fee per booking (not per pitch) which has been added to the
amount due.
Bookings made
after 10pm on Saturdays will be carried over to the following Sunday.

Select the number
of pitches required then click on the Add to Cart button.

You will then be
transferred to the PayPal web site to complete your booking. Just
follow the instructions.

We will assume
you are booking for the next following Sunday unless you tell us
otherwise.

For an
alternative Sunday please enter the date required in the PayPal Message box
on the payment page.
ONLINE
BOOKING TERMS

When you have
completed your booking you will receive an email from PayPal
confirming your payment.

We will aim to
confirm your booking within 24 hours.

Please note all
bookings are subject to availability.

If your chosen
date is already fully booked you will be offered the choice of an
alternative date or a full refund.

Bookings
are valid only for the day confirmed up until 12:30. If you are
unable to attend after your booking is confirmed please inform us by
phone or text (with your full name) on 0774 8325300 or by email at
info@indoorcarboot.co.uk
and we will offer you a refund or an alternative date.

If you
fail to inform us of a cancellation or late arrival (after 12:30)
your pitch may be allocated to someone else in which case you will
not be entitled to a refund. We will however do our best to offer
you an alternative date if available.
